The It's Up To Me Scholarship program recognizes graduating seniors from a high school in Boone or Winnebago counties in Illinois who have a physical disability and are eligible for special education services. Areas of eligibility include; deaf or hard of hearing, orthopedic impairment, or visual impairment. Students seeking a professional certificate, associate, or bachelor's degree are welcome to apply.
