The J. Oakley Seibert Memorial Scholarship seeks residents of Berkeley, Jefferson, and Morgan counties in West Virginia. Students who are planning to attend law school within 18 months of receiving a bachelor's degree are welcome to apply. Preference is givens to students who are planning to practice law in Berkeley County within 3 years of graduation.
