The J. Oakley Seibert Memorial Scholarship is available to residents of Berkeley, Jefferson, and Morgan counties in West Virginia. Students who are planning to attend law school within 18 months of receiving a bachelor's degree are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students who are planning to practice law in Berkeley County within 3 years of graduation.
