The J. Paris Mosley Scholarship provides financial assistance for college to high school seniors in any state who are deaf or whose primary caregivers are deaf. Studnts of African American, Latino American, or Native American descent receive special consideration.

Requirements
  • Deaf or hard of hearing or have a relative living in their household who is deaf or hard of hearing.
  • Minimum 2.5 GPA.
  • Graduating high school senior.
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree.
  • Uses American Sign Language.
  • Demonstrate financial need. Preference is given to students of African American, Latino American, or Native American descent.
