The Jack and Mary Rowe Memorial Scholarship Fund recognizes exceptional academic achievement among students from public high schools in Duluth, Hermantown, and Proctor Minnesota who plan to pursue engineering. It supports future engineers who have demonstrated high academic performance and meaningful involvement in school or community activities.
