The Jacques Avent Scholarship is sponsored by the National Forum for Black Public Administrators- Central Arizona Chapter. The program is open to African American students attending a university in Arizona and seeking a bachelor's or graduate degree in public administration, public affairs, public policy, political science, or urban and metropolitan studies. Students pursuing a career in public administration are encouraged to apply.
