The Jake & Jennifer Peacock Scholarship is available to high school seniors from Polk County, Florida. Students who have been part of community service, two-year members of a varsity golf team, marching band, or symphonic band, or attended Crystal Lake Middle School in Florida with at least two years of band or chorus participation are eligible to apply.
