The James 2:26 Scholarship program awards need-based scholarships to students who reside in South Hampton Roads, Virginia. Applicants should be pursuing a degree from a college or university in Virginia. this scholarship will cover tuition, fees, room, and board not covered by other grants and scholarships the student receives. Recipients are required to live on campus for their first year of attendance if such housing is available. Students living in public or subsidized housing receive special consideration.
