The James and Pamela Poore First-Gen College Scholarship is available to incoming freshmen or undergraduate transfer students at Indiana State University who are graduates of a school in the Indianapolis Public School District. Students who are first-generation college students and demonstrate financial need are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to those not receiving federal or state grant assistance.
