The James C. Weiss "Against All Odds" Fellowship is available to sophomore or junior college students who have attended a high school in the Fox Cities, Wisconsin, and who are currently attending Saint Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin. Students who participate in extracurricular activities and demonstrate leadership abilities are welcome to apply.
