The James E. and Clyda J. Montague Scholarship Fund supports graduates from high schools within the Boreal Waters service area (Minnesota/Wisconsin) who continue their education at the University of Minnesota Duluth, the University of Wisconsin–Superior, or the College of St. Scholastica. It provides need-based assistance to help students pursue their academic goals at one of these three institutions.
