The James Eastland Memorial Scholarship is open to current and former residents of Hunt, Texas who are currently graduating from high school in the Hill Country area of Texas. Applicants must have attended a school in the Hunt ISD for at least 1 school year. Selection is based on an essay, academic performance, extracurricular activities, and community service.
