Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in South Carolina who have lost 1 or both parents by death.

  • They must be able to demonstrate financial need, a satisfactory scholastic record, and the characteristics of character, ability, and enterprise.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
