The James L. & Judith A. Roberts Scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors of Midland County public high schools in Texas. Students who are dependents of an employee or retiree of either the City of Midland or the Midland Fire Department are encouraged to apply. Dependents of employees of the Midland Fire Department will be given special consideration.
