The James R. and Patricia A. Cavender Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who plan to attend Tyler Junior College and participate in the TJC Promise Program. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to full-time employees of Cavender’s and/or their dependents and students who demonstrate financial need.
