The Jane Brokaw Gallup Scholarship is open to members or alumnae of Kappa Alpha Theta who are residents of the greater Seattle, Washington area. If no qualified applicants apply, the award is available to any senior collegian and alumna members of Kappa Alpha Theta pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
