About the Scholarship

The Jane Richardt Christie Scholarship is open to undergraduate members of the Gamma chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta at Butler University in Indiana. Members pursuing a degree in elementary education are encouraged to apply. If no undergraduate elementary education students apply, the award is available to members of the Gamma chapter pursuing an undergraduate degree in any field. If no undergraduate member applies, the award is available to senior collegian and alumina members of the Gamma chapter pursuing a graduate degree. If no member of the Gamma chapter applies, the award is available to members of any chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in any field.
