The Jay & Kelleigh Killen Military Excellence Endowed Scholarship is available to Naval ROTC students attending Corban University, Oregon State University, Oregon State University - Cascades Campus, or Western Oregon University. Contracted ROTC students who have an excellent PRT and demonstrate financial need are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to juniors, seniors, and completion ROTC students.
