The Jay and Elizabeth Tyrrell Scholarship is available to residents of Bristol, Connecticut, and/or to graduating seniors and graduates of designated high schools in that community. Students who are attending or planning to attend a postsecondary institution to pursue a degree in visual arts are welcome to apply.
