The J.D. Riggs Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors of Eastmont or Wenatchee high schools in Washington, who are pursuing further education in the field of performing arts - specifically acting or singing. Students who demonstrate talent, drive, and the ability to overcome obstacles are encouraged to apply.
