Requirements
  • This program is open to members of underrepresented or minority groups who are residents of Illinois or full-time students at a school in that state.
  • Applicants must be enrolled as incoming college freshmen, sophomores, juniors, or seniors at an accredited 4year college or university and have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
  • Students who have taken an active leadership role in community and schools within the Chicago area.
  • Applicants must be United States Citizens, legal aliens with a registration card, or permanent residency. Special consideration is given to applicants who have a family connection to the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO).
