The Jean C. Graham Women's Scholarship is available to females graduating from a high school in Hancock County, Ohio. Well-rounded students who are planning to attend a school outside of Hancock County, Ohio, are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students who demonstrate a strong desire to change their life’s circumstances, set goals for themselves, and take risks to attain those goals.. Students who receive a full-ride from other organizations are not eligible to apply.
