The Jean C. Graham Women's Scholarship program is available to females graduating from a high school in Hancock County, Ohio. Well-rounded students who are planning to attend a school outside of Hancock County, Ohio, are encouraged to apply. Preference is given to an applicant who demonstrates a strong desire to change her life’s circumstances, set goals for herself, and take risks to attain those goals. Students who receive a full-ride from other organizations are not eligible to apply.

  • Seeking an associate or bachelor's degree as a fulltime student from a college or university with a brick and mortar campus outside of Hancock County

  • Demonstrate financial need
  • Exhibit hard work, good citizenship, dependability, and character Preference is given to an applicant who demonstrates a strong desire to change her life’s circumstances, set goals for herself, and take risks to attain those goals.
