The Jean Tesche Foreign Language Scholarship supports graduates of Oregon high schools, particularly rural high schools, as they continue their postsecondary education. Students studying a foreign language, especially Slavic languages, who plan to enroll full-time at an Oregon public four-year university are encouraged to apply.
