The Jean Wright-Elson Scholarship program awards need- and merit-based scholarships to current college students who reside in San Diego County, California. Students who are pursuing a career in nursing, or seeking a master's or Ph.D. in nursing and who demonstrate their commitment to nursing through community service or extracurricular activities are encouraged to apply.

  • Seeking an associate, bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D. in nursing in Southern California
  • Planning to attend a 2 or 4-year college or university as a full-time student
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Participate in community service or extracurricular activities
