The Jeff Bartman and Ellen Minter Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors, graduates, or current college students who are studying for a bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, marketing, computer science, electrical engineering, nursing, teaching, or the arts. Students who demonstrate leadership in school and community activities, along with financial need, are welcome to apply.
