Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors at public high schools in New York that has a PTA within their district.
  • Applicants must be interested in attending a SUNY school to work on a baccalaureate degree in education or a 2year community college before transferring to a baccalaureate degree program in education at a college of the SUNY system.
  • They may not have accepted more than $16,000 in other scholarship awards.
  • Selection is based on character and personality, academic achievement, and potential teaching ability.
