The Jennifer Bird-Duff Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from West Holmes High School in Millersburg in Ohio with a preference for residents of Holmes County in Ohio. Students who have participated in athletics or other extracurricular and service activities are welcome to apply. Further preference may be given to applicants who demonstrate financial need.
