The Jesse T. Bonney Memorial Scholarship is available for female students who reside in Virginia, are aged 26 and younger, and are seeking a bachelor's degree. Students who have demonstrated academic ability, volunteer service, voluntary or paid work experience, and extracurricular activities are encouraged to apply. Students who reside in the South Hampton Roads region, Virginia receive special consideration.
