The Jessica M. Blanding Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to New England resident licensed practical nurses (L.P.N.s) from historically underserved populations. College freshman, sophomores, or junior New England Regional Black Nurses Association (NERBNA) members seeking an associate or bachelor's degree in nursing are encouraged to apply.
