The Jim Beyster Health Care Scholarship program is available to graduating high school seniors, current college students, or re-entry students from San Diego County, California. Students pursuing a career as an LVN, health care aide, or home health aide are encouraged to apply. Recipients are expected to attend a college or university in California.

  • Plan to pursue a career as an LVN, health care aide, or home health aide

  • Participate in outof-classroom experiences in healthcare-related projects sponsored by a student organization, community service organization, employer internship, or work
