Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Oklahoma and residents of the state who have completed the Oklahoma High School requirements through home school activities.
  • Applicants must have been residents of the state for at least 6 years and be enrolling fulltime at an accredited Oklahoma college, university, or technical school.
  • Minimum ACT scores must be at least 25 for students entering a 4year college or university or 17 for students entering a technical school.
  • Students planning to major in the arts, social sciences, or psychology are generally not selected.
