About the Scholarship

The Jimmy Alfano Scholarship is available to students who have experience as a restaurant employee and are seeking an associate's or bachelor's degree in culinary, hospitality, or a related field. Students who have been academically successful and plan to attend school in North Carolina are welcome to apply. Special consideration will be given to students with independent restaurant experience.
