The Joan and Bob Rutman Scholarship recognizes graduating high school seniors in East Lyme, Groton, Ledyard, Lyme, Montville, New London, North Stonington, Old Lyme, Salem, Stonington, or Waterford, Connecticut. Students who demonstrate financial need and are seeking a bachelor's degree are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students who are the first in their families to pursue higher education.
