The Joan Bowden Scholarship is open to Air Force ROTC sophomores or juniors attending a college or university in the AFCEA Mid-South Region who are enrolled in the Air Force option. Students planning to pursue a bachelor's degree in a STEM field aligned with AFCEA's mission are eligible to apply.
