The Joan Bowden Scholarship is open to Air Force ROTC sophomore or junior students attending a college or university in the AFCEA Mid-South Region and are students in the Air Force option. Students planning to pursue a bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field related to the mission of AFCEA are eligible to apply.
