Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Oregon, Washington, and Idaho who are from diverse backgrounds, including 1) first-generation college students; 2) cultural and/or ethnic background; 3) low-income, or 4) other clearly articulated aspects of diversity.
  • Applicants must be planning to enroll as a fulltime undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited 4-year college or university or a full-time student at a 2-year college.
