Requirements

This program is open to CWA members, their spouses, and/or the children or grandchildren of active, retired, laid off, or deceased CWA members in the United States or Canada.

Applicants must be at least high school graduates or high school students who will graduate during the year in which they apply.

Undergraduate and graduate students returning to school are also eligible.

Selection is made by lottery drawing.

Prior recipients may not reapply.
