The Joe Brutsche Memorial Scholarship is offered to members of the Girl Scouts or Boy Scouts. Graduating high school seniors from St. Philip Catholic Central High School in Battle Creek, Michigan, are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to those who have obtained Gold Girl Scout or Eagle Scout status.
