Requirements
  • This program is open to students with physical or mental disabilities who are enrolled or planning to enroll in high school, college, trade school or graduate school.
  • Applicants or their representatives must submit a 1page essay describing how the student has met the challenge of his or her disability, including the severity of the disability.
  • They may also include up to 1 page of supporting documentation, but photographs, audio or videotapes, display materials, films, or scrapbooks are not considered.
