Requirements

This program is open to students with physical or mental disabilities who are enrolled or planning to enroll in high school, college, trade school or graduate school.

Applicants or their representatives must submit a 1page essay describing how the student has met the challenge of his or her disability, including the severity of the disability.

They may also include up to 1 page of supporting documentation, but photographs, audio or videotapes, display materials, films, or scrapbooks are not considered.
