Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Connecticut who have participated in the ProStart Program and are entering an accredited college, university, or culinary school in any state.

Applicants must be preparing for a career in culinary arts or culinary management.

They must have a GPA of 2.65 or higher.

Selection is based on academic achievement, participation in extracurricular activities, employment while attending school, and financial need.
