The Joe Millsaps Scholarship is offered to graduate students and doctoral candidates attending Nova Southeastern University who are recommended by NSU College of Psychology staff based on academic achievement. Students pursuing a degree in a field related to psychology are eligible for this award. Additional consideration is provided for applicants who can demonstrate a devotion to the U.S. Military.
