The Joe R. and Kathy K. May Scholarship is available to residents of Anderson, Blount, Grainger, Jefferson, Knox, Loudon, Roane, Sevier, or Union counties in Tennessee. Students attending a 2- or 4-year college or university in Tennessee are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to graduates of West High School in Knox County, Tennessee.
