The Joel C. and Elizabeth L. Hall Educational Scholarship supports graduating seniors and graduates of high schools in the City of Martinsville and Franklin, Henry, Patrick, and Pittsylvania counties in Virginia. Students seeking a bachelor's degree at institutions affiliated with the United Methodist Church who have financial need are welcome to apply, particularly those planning to become Methodist ministers.
