Requirements
  • This program is open to licensed radio amateurs of technician class or higher who are residents of Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, or Washington.
  • Applicants must be working on an associate or higher degree in a field of STEM at an accredited postsecondary institution in any state.
  • They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
