The John & Faye Phears Memorial Scholarship Endowment supports graduates of high schools in Erath, Comanche, Hamilton, Bosque, Somervell, Hood, Palo Pinto, or Eastland counties in Texas as they pursue their postsecondary education at Tarleton State University. Students who demonstrate strong academic performance and commitment to their studies are encouraged to apply.
