Requirements
  • This program is open to students currently enrolled full or part-time at any of the 2-year Minnesota State Colleges.
  • Applicants must be an immigrant (born outside of the United States) or the child of immigrants (both parents born outside of the United States); undocumented immigrants are also eligible.
  • They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and be able to demonstrate financial need.
