The John and Rheba Myers Scholarship is open to residents of Kaufman, Smith, Van Zandt, or Wood counties of Texas. Graduating high school seniors and returning students to a 2- or 4-year academic institution are encouraged to apply. Students with the greatest financial need receive special consideration.
