The John and Rheba Myers Scholarship is open to residents of Kaufman, Smith, Van Zandt, or Wood counties of Texas. Graduating high school seniors and returning students to a 2- and 4-year academic institutions are encouraged to apply. Students with the greatest financial need receive special consideration.
