John C. Bajus Scholarship provides financial assistance to members of the Marine Technology Society (MTS) who are working on an undergraduate or graduate degree and have shown a commitment to community service and/or volunteer activities.

Requirements

This program is open to MTS members from any country who are working full-time on an undergraduate or graduate degree in a marine-related field.

Applicants must submit a 500word essay on their interest in marine technology, how their interest in marine technology relates to their current field of study, and how they plan to use their degree.

In the selection process, the primary consideration is given to the student's commitment to community service and/or volunteer activities.

Financial need is not considered.
