The John H. & Dorothy M. Zmavec Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors from Brooke, Marshall, Ohio, Tyler, or Wetzel counties in West Virginia and Belmont or Jefferson counties in Ohio. Students pursuing a degree in education are encouraged to apply.
