The John J. and Tulane B. Mensore Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from a West Virginia high school in Wetzel or Tyler counties. Students who exhibit academic excellence and plan to attend Wheeling University are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to seniors graduating from Magnolia High School in West Virginia.
