The John J. Kelly Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of public housing managed by member agencies of the Connecticut Chapter of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (CONN NAHRO). Students who are pursuing a certificate, associate, or bachelor's degree full-time are welcome to apply.
