Requirements
  • This program is open to students who are entering their sophomore, junior, or senior year of college and have demonstrated an interest in confectionary technology (through research projects, work experience, or formal study).
  • Applicants must be attending an accredited 4year college or university in North America; be majoring in a food science, chemical science, biological science, or related area; and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Selection is based on academic activities (including those relating to confectionary technology; experience (e.g., work, internships, volunteer activities); other activities; honors and awards; and a short statement of personal and professional goals.
